Reasoning for turning down a commission will be provided out of courtesy however I maintain the right to omit.

All payments will be over Paypal; I will invoice all payments

All payments will be converted to, and discussed in USD

You may repost the art I give you as long as credit is stated clearly.

Any art I create can never be sold for personal profit

For Adopts: You can change the design, shape, color, gender, etc. But credit for the received design is mandatory. You are just purchasing an initial idea for a design and may use it however you'd like!

Reselling a character for a higher price is allowed only if there are drastic changes to the original design and/or there are now multiple art pieces of that character.

Payment will be given upfront unless the buyer has chosen to split the payment.

Only large payments (100$+) may be split; one payment before I start working, the next when I reach a 50% completion point.

If you decide to cancel the commission after payment, and work has been done, you will receive 50% of what you paid as well as the work that has been completed.

Once an art piece is completed, no refund will be given. You are paying for my art AND time, please remember that.

Expect to have your YCH, design, or art in 1 to 3 weeks. Adopts are immediate.

I will always provide a starting sketch for the buyer to approve.

Adjustments will be primarily made during the sketch phases; any changes after that point will not be guaranteed...

However, I will always do my best to work with you in order to get you a piece you can love!

I will always provide updates! It's important that you remain reachable so I may do so.
